Today, the Managing Committee Members and the Working Committee Members had a meeting and the following was finally decided, regarding our annual get to gether.
1.Date : 22.12.2011 (Thursday)
2. Venue : Canossa School Grounds, Mahim
3. Time : 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. with dinner
4. Amount : Rs500/-
5. Payment details : We have decided in rotation we will be available as under at the School Reception, and would request you all to please make it convenient to come and collect your registration cards and invitation cards. Last date for registration will be 17th December 2011.
16th November, 19th Nov, 20th Nov, 23rd Nov, 26th Nov, 27th Nov, 1st Dec, 3rd Dec, 4th Dec, 7th Dec, 10th Dec, 11th Dec, 14th Dec and 17th Dec. Timings on all these days is between 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. (only on Sundays i.e. 20th Nov, 27th Nov, 4th Dec and 11th Dec) we will be available from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
We are sure u all will cooperate and come on the above days and timings.
However, in case of any exigencies arising, we have to request you to get in touch with the undermentioned committee members and fix the date and timing and place, who will handover the invitation card to u only. The registration card will be handed over to u on 22nd December 2011 itself.

Finally, the grand finale to our Alumini Day is the Esac Merchandise which will be on sale, which we are sure u all would like to buy and keep as mementos.
