                                                ESAC  ALUMINI  -  JAN 5,  2014

Prayerful Greetings from the Managing Committee.  It gives us great pleasure to invite you  to the 5^th Alumini at the  Hall on the 2^nd floor of our very own School.  The details of the same are as under:

Time  :  11 a.m. sharp to  3 p.m.                              Lunch:   Rs350/- per head

This time we are having the reunion with a difference, in as much as starting bang on at 11 a.m. with a game of housie, (very good prizes to be won)  followed by the ESAC Special, President’s Speech, a game or two, and plenty of dancing and prancing. Ofcourse not to mention plenty of spot prizes too would be the highlight of our programme.

Our  young ex- student will be having a Nail-Art counter (free of cost), for those of you who would like to add colour and design to your nails, with a theme.  We would also be having a mehndi counter as well.

Besides our  ESAC goodies counter will have a variety of articles to be sold.

How can I forget......our RETIRED  TEACHERS.........We are sure each one of them will be able to make it this time.

Lastly my dear members, we put out our ESAC BOWL with a request to each one of you, to try and see if u can contribute over and above the Rs350/- 

You can sponsor a Teacher, a less fortunate ex student, or any amount  as a donation you deem fit towards defraying the expenses for the Alumini, which  could be remitted to our Ex- students Account.      You all will appreciate that ours is a non-profit Association and so with the help of the ABLE members we can contribute to the Society at large.

Now for the payment details.   Keeping in mind the difficulties faced by many of you in making the payment, we  have given you  not three, but FOUR  payment options:

1.     You can pay at the School Reception counter during school hours against which a receipt     will be issued to you (8.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.)

2.     You can post your cheque to the school(address as above)  for the attention of:  Ms Ninette D’Souza, Vice President    (A/C payee cheque in favour of Canossa High School, Ex Students Association)

3.     You can directly remit the amount to our bankers Indian Bank, Mahim, Mumbai 400016, Maharashtra, India (S/B A/C No 772991036  CBS Code 00288  IFS Code IDIB000 M008 00288).Name of the account – CANOSSA HIGH SCHOOL, EX STUDENTS ASSOCIATION ........... under intimation  to us on e mail or on phone.

4.     You could call on any of the numbers mentioned above, and we would be only too happy to make it convenient to meet you and receive your payment.

Once again, we request each one of you to inform as many ex students as possible, (even if they are not members, they can register themselves at the time of paying for the reunion).

Finally, the last date for receiving the payments is 20^th December 2013.

REQUIREMENT OF TEACHERS ON PART TIME BASIS

 

1. Wanted a teacher for the French language for students of 8,9 and 10, at around 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily except Sunday.

2. Wanted  an English  teacher for Municipal school children of Std. 4 and Std 5- to teach them conversational and basic English, at Canossa High School premises, from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m. on M, Tu, Wed, Fri and Sat.

For both, salary is negotiable. Committed Ex students preferred.

ESAC ALUMINI 2011

Dear Ex Students,

Today, the Managing Committee Members and the Working Committee Members had a meeting and the following was finally decided, regarding our annual get to gether.

1.Date  :  22.12.2011  (Thursday)

2.  Venue  :  Canossa School Grounds, Mahim

3.  Time  :  5 p.m.   to  10 p.m.  with  dinner

4.  Amount  :  Rs500/-

5.  Payment details  :  We have decided in rotation we will be available as under at the School Reception, and would request you all to please make it convenient to come and collect your registration cards and invitation cards. Last date for registration will be 17th December 2011. 

16th November, 19th Nov, 20th Nov, 23rd Nov, 26th Nov, 27th Nov, 1st Dec, 3rd Dec, 4th Dec, 7th Dec, 10th Dec, 11th Dec, 14th Dec and 17th Dec.  Timings on all these days is between 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.  (only on Sundays i.e. 20th Nov, 27th Nov, 4th Dec and 11th Dec) we will be available from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

We are sure u all will cooperate and come on the above days and timings.

However, in case of any exigencies arising, we have to request you to get in touch with the undermentioned committee members and fix the date and timing and place, who will handover the invitation card to u only.  The registration card will be handed over to u on 22nd December 2011 itself.
